Arachnoid cyst (3.2 x 2.9 x 4.7 cm) is seen in left middle cranial fossa, filling the middle cranial fossa with subdural hygroma along left cerebral hemisphere (13 mm maximum thickness), causing mass effect over left fronto-temporo-parietal lobes and right sided midline shift of approximately 5 mm.
No intraparenchymal hematoma is noted.
