Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical non-contrast MDCT features of pathology-proved sinonasal polyposis. The disease is a kind of chronic sinusitis usually due to allergy. Secondary fungal infection of the sinuses is one of the major complications of the disease. Cystic fibrosis can be also considered a background disease.
