The patient presented with a mass in the right flank, present for several months, with no pain.

In this non-contrast axial abdominal CT scan, we can observe a defect in the right semilunar line with fat protrusion, corresponding to a Spigelian hernia. No complications are noted.

Additionally, we can observe a fatty liver, an umbilical hernia, a left kidney pelvis calculus with pyelocalyceal dilatation, and pyeloureteral stenosis in the right kidney.
