Info

There are fractures of the inferior and superior pubic rami.
The superior pubic rami fractures extend into the anterior pillars of the acetabulum bilaterally.
There is no intra-articular extension and the hips otherwise appear intact.

There is also a fracture through the right side of the sacrum, adjacent to the sacroiliac joint.
There is a moderately severe compression fracture of T12.
There is biconcave endplate collapse of L2, L3, L4, and L5, which is likely non-acute.
