Info

No acute fracture or dislocation. Decreased acromiohumeral interval. Acromioclavicular and glenohumeral arthrosis. Large subacromial spur present. Osteopenia. Soft tissues are unremarkable. Partially visualized surgical clips in the neck. Pleural calcifications.
Case Discussion
This large subacromial spur puts the patient at risk for a rotator cuff tear. Narrowing of the distance between the humeral head and the undersurface of the acromion suggests that this has already occurred.
