Scattered multiple well-defined, non-shadowing, homogeneously hyperechoic (of fat-similar echogenicity) lesions in both testicles, with no detected intra-lesion Doppler colour flow.
Otherwise, both testicles show normal size and outline (with no tunica albuginea distortion) and preserve normal Doppler colour flow (shown) and pulse wave (not shown).
Case Discussion
The incidental features noted above are likely to represent testicular lipomatosis. Left-sided varicoceles were confirmed sonographically (not shown).
Further management may include searching for or correlating with hamartoma tumour syndromes, especially PTEN gene-associated ones.
