Herniation of the right testicular parenchyma through a defect in the tunica albuginea at the inferior pole.

The herniated tissue exhibits heterogeneous parenchymal echogenicity and minimal Doppler flow compared to the normal testicular parenchyma.

Increased peripheral vascularity of the herniated tissue is observed.

The left testis is normal (not shown).

Case Discussion

This is a case of a ruptured right testis following trauma.

Surgery was done and it confirmed our findings.
