Multiple foci of periventricular calcifications are noted consistent with subependymal calcifications of tuberous sclerosis.

Calcifications are noted involving the sub-cortical white matter of both cerebellar hemispheres.

Multiple hypodense areas are noted in the both cerebral hemispheres likely suggestive of cortical tubers.

Case Discussion

CT features are most likely suggestive of tuberous sclerosis as described above.
