Shortening of the fourth and fifth metacarpals bilaterally with positive metacarpal sign.
Brachydactyly is also noted in the form of absent middle phalanx of the little finger (clinodactyly) on the left side and hypoplasia of the distal phalanx of the little finger on the right side.
Case Discussion
This patient was a 12-year-old girl with Turner's syndrome (complete monosomy (45XO)) on genetic analysis.
