Nice example of a superior segmental right lower lobe pneumonia. On the frontal projection, there is mid zone consolidation, however, the right heart border can still be seen adjacent to the consolidation and on the lateral projection the consolidation lies underneath the oblique fissure as well as being too posterior to be in the right middle lobe.
