There is an encapsulated lesion at the site of swelling in the anterior chest wall. The lesion abuts skin as well as the underlying pectoralis muscle, and it lies in the subcutaneous plane. There are anechoic clefts/globules in the lesion along with tiny echogenic lines/dots. The lesion is mildly compressible and avascular. The perilesional subcutaneous fat shows a normal echopattern.
