Portal venous gas.
What is the differential diagnosis of portal venous gas?
Pneumobilia.
Moderate distention of the bowel loops with intra-mural gas, suggestive of necrotising enterocolitis. No free intraperitoneal gas is identified.
Linear lucencies are seen over the liver shadow, mostly portal venous gas.
