DJ stent is a catheter which has its one end in the renal pelvis and other in the urinary bladder and functions to decompress the pelvicalyceal system. In this case, bilateral DJ stents were placed. The one on the right is in situ whereas, the one placed in the left renal system is completely displaced and has migrated in the urinary bladder.
