Large central lobulated hepatic mass with high T2 and low T1 signal. Heterogeneous predominantly peripheral enhancement which becomes more extensive and central on the delayed images. There is associated intrahepatic duct dilatation particularly the left hepatic ducts. Cholelithiasis is also seen.

Appearances are consistent with cholangiocarcinoma (mass-forming intrahepatic type).
