What is the cause of the haemorrhage?
Cerebellar vascular malformation as there is adjacent haemorrhage. The PICA aneurysm is relatively remote to the haemorrhage.
Located inferiorly to the tentorium cerebelli, just below the torcula in the midline, is an area of abnormal enhancement, consistent with a vascular malformation, with adjacent haemorrhage. Right PICA aneurysm, which is relatively remote from the haemorrhage.
