Radioscaphoid arthritis due to SLAC wrist

Discussion:

When osteoarthritis is seen only in the radioscaphoid articulation, one can be very confident of SLAC as a cause.

In this patient, there was a history of previous FOOSH several years before and a diagnosis of scapholunate ligament rupture in another country for which the patient did not seek treatment.
