CT Features are suggestive of an oligodendroglioma.
Oligodendroglioma is considered the third most common glioma accounting for 2%–5% of primary brain tumors and 5%–18% of all glial neoplasms 1. On CT it appears as a mass of a mixed density due to calcification, cystic degeneration +/-hemorrhage.
