MRI - Pelvic MRI
Pelvic MRI demonstrated an ill-defined T2 heterogeneously hyperintense, enhancing, and diffusion-restricting mass involving the anterior wall of the bladder. The mass appears to arise either from the uterus or the bladder. This mass extends into the urachal remnant. The uterus drapes along the superior aspect of the bladder and contains an IUD as well as a caesarean scar.
Findings have a aggressive appearance and therefore suspicious of malignancy.
