Two aneurysms are seen at left internal carotid artery. The first aneurysm is fusiform involving the petrous part of left ICA and the 2nd one is saccular aneurysm arises from the cavernous portion of the left ICA. They appear as hypointense well defined rounded or oval structures with enhancement after contrast.
