MRI
There is a well-circumscribed right laterouterine mass (45 x 40 x 37 mm). It displays an isosignal on T1, low signal on T2 with central high signal (areas of cystic degeneration +/- oedema) with similar enhancement to the myometrium on postcontrast sequences. It is separated from both the uterus and ovary. The right ovary is located anterior to the mass and the interface is well-visualised on both axial/sagittal postcontrast sequences. Normal appearance of the left ovary and uterus.
