Multiple hepatic hypodense lesions with central dense foci on the non-contrast CT images. These lesions show relative hypoenhancement on the portovenous phase. These features are typical of metastases.
The hyperattenuating foci in the metastases are faint and amorphous, but compatible in this setting with diffuse calcifications.
