Ill-defined hypodensity within the right cerebellum has surrounding vasogenic oedema. There is mass effect on the fourth ventricle with upstream ventricular dilation and periventricular hypodensities. Peripheral enhancement is seen with central hypoattenuation. No other lesions. No acute haemorrhage.
