A subcutaneous soft tissue mass is observed on the right side of the chest wall, superior to the pectoralis major muscle and overlying the right clavicular bone. The mass is well-defined and multilocular, showing no evidence of local invasion. It exhibits low signal intensity on T1 and T2 weighted images, with a high signal on STIR. Additionally, there is restricted diffusion and post-contrast enhancement.
