Two branches of celiac axis arteries (splenic and right hepatic arteries) and the superior mesenteric artery have a common origin from the abdominal aorta as a single trunk giving celiacomesenteric trunk. The third celiac artery branch (left gastric artery) seen arising directly from the abdominal aorta. This pattern classified as type II celiacomesenteric trunk according to Morita et al classification . The left hepatic artery is noted arising from the splenic artery.
Normal opacification of abdominal aorta without dissection or aneurysmal dilatation.
No evidence of significant stenosis.
