This case demonstrates classical findings of an ependymoma showing:

• necrotic areas
• avid post-contrast enhancement.
• tumor exiting through foramen of Luschka and Magendie
• origin from the fourth ventricle

The tumor was excised and histopathology confirmed ependymoma.
