Left upper lobe T1b lung cancer, amenable to CT guided lung biopsy.

A very missable early cancer on the chest radiograph as it projects over a rib.  Hence the apices are a review area on chest x-ray.

Just the kind of lung cancer one wants to pick up as it facilitates definitive surgery.
