There is focal circumferential asymmetric thickening of the terminal ileum measuring approximately 9 cm. There is mild perilesional fat stranding present. Multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes are seen in the right iliac fossa. There is mild free fluid is seen in the peritoneum predominantly in the right iliac fossa. Incidentally noted multiple small cholelithiases. NG tube and Foley's catheter are seen in situ.
In a known case of tuberculosis, imaging features are suggestive of ileocaecal tuberculosis.
