Pleuropulmonary blastoma

Primary lung malignancies are exceedingly rare in children, with an incidence of approximately 0.05 per 100,000. The most common tumors are pleuropulmonary blastoma, bronchogenic carcinoma and bronchial adenoma

In our case, we put pleuropulmonary blastoma at the top of differential diagnosis and was confirmed on histopathology.
