What is the most sensitive test for the detection of active pulmonary tuberculosis?
PCR test.
Consolidation, large irregular margin cavities, bronchiectasis, and decreased volume in the right upper lobe with right side deviation of the upper mediastinum and multiple patchy and nodular consolidations with different sizes in lungs are seen which have a relatively ill-defined margin with the mostly peribronchial and peribronchiolar distribution. The peribronchial soft tissue thickening is also noted.
