Small bowel diaphragm disease is a rare cause of small bowel obstruction, and it can sometimes be recurrent. It is associated with long-term NSAID use although not in all cause. In this case, a history of long-term NSAID use was present. The long strictures in this case are uncommon compared to the cases reported in the literature.
