There is a six by four and half cm hyperechoic mass lesion surrounding the upper pole of left kidney abutting it without definite infiltration. It extends upwards reaching spleen and abdominal wall.
The above mentioned mass shows a hypoechoic portion measures two cm.
A similar homogenous mass is seen at the left upper quadrant and boarding the first mass measures sever by four cm. Another mass is also seen anterior to the left psoas muscle measures six and half by three and half cm and appears hypoattenuating compared to the previously noted masses.
The above mentioned three masses are predominantly fatty, and shows no vascularity on Doppler interrogation.
Rest of examination images are not included.
- No other visible masses in the pelvis and rest of the abdomen.
- There are multiple gallbladder stones, no signs of acute inflammation or biliary dilatation.
- The spleen is enlarged measures fourteen cenitmeters.
- The liver and visible pancreas and reteropetioenal area appear normal.
