Marked angulation of the first metatarsophalangeal joint with lateral deviation of the big toe projecting below the second toe, consistent with marked hallux valgus. Mild osteoarthritic changes of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, seen as subarticular sclerosis. Lateral subluxation of hallux sesamoids are noted.
Rest of the toes show extension of the metatarsophalangeal joint and flexion of the first interphalangeal joint (hammer toe deformity).
