Extrahepatic bile ducts are mildly dilated and the common bile duct (CBD) measured 9 mm in calibre. An 8 mm hyperdense focus can be seen in the distal common bile duct, suggestive of a stone.
The pancreatic duct is mildly dilated. Additionally, several small calcified foci are observed in the pancreas parenchyma inferring chronic pancreatitis.
