Discussion:

Patient initially came with complaints of mid-back swelling with pain for 3 months. No h/o trauma, fall, tingling or numbness in upper and lower limbs. MRI spine shows features suggestive of rib osteochondroma which was left untreated. Follow-up MRI done after one year showed stable findings.
