The segmental dilatation of the lumen of the intrahepatic bile ducts of the SVI \ SVII of the right lobe of the liver, due to the obstruction by the soft tissue components, is distinguished from the level of their confluence into the right main branch. The detected components are mainly propagated internally through the SVII duct, in the form of "papillary" lesions that subtotally \ completely fill the lumen of the ducts. Papillary lesions of the ducts, which are minimally enhanced in the venous \ delay phase and are characterized by a high signal on the DWI with averaged diffusion coefficient.
