A prominent venous structure is noted traversing the parenchyma of the left temporal lobe antro-posteriorly, with multiple variable sizes venous tributaries noted feeding into it, including a characteristic palm tree appearance of tributaries, noted just anterior to the left temporal horn of lateral ventricle. The anomalous vein is noted draining into a prominent left superficial middle cerebral vein and a prominent vein of Labbe into the left transverse sinus. No adjacent gliosis noted. No evidence of associated AV connection or nidus formation… Images are suggestive of a congenital developmental venous anomaly.
