The MRI confirms the abnormality centred on the ischium with expansion and oedema. There is oedema in the ilium and pubis, but there is less expansion.
Thin subperiosteal collection on the internal surface of the left pubis adjacent to the triradiate cartilage.
Marked surrounding oedema, particularly of obturator internus. No collection.
Moderate left hip joint effusion.
