CT - CTPA and HRCT
There are multiple, bilateral, scattered, cavitating, irregularly margined, pulmonary nodules of varying sizes. The nodules are predominantly peribronchovascular, with some subpleural distribution with the right lower lobe.
There is a subtle area of tree-in-bud within the right base.
There is peripheral wedge-shaped consolidation within the right middle lobe.
There is ground glass change relating to the nodules and wedge-shaped consolidation (halo sign).
There is no tracheobronchial wall thickening, no pleural effusions and importantly, no hilar or mediastinal lymph adenopathy.
There are no pulmonary thromboemboli.
