In Guyon's canal, the ulnar artery and ulnar nerve are separated by an accessory structure that shows a muscular echo pattern. Proximally, it originates from the antebrachial fascia. From the proximal to the distal, it runs obliquely from the midline to the ulnar side. Distally, it blends with the abductor digiti minimi muscle. Patent ulnar artery. Normal echo pattern of the ulnar nerve without oedema.
A dorsal wrist thin-walled anechoic cyst (10 x 7 x 4 mm) is close to the lunate.
