This case illustrates the progressive course of the multiple myeloma.

Multiple myeloma is a malignant plasma cell tumor affects the red bone marrow, and it is usually encountered in male with the age ranges from 50-80 years. CT  findings usually include punched out lytic bone lesions, diffuse reduction of bone density, lytic lesions with soft tissue components. Sclerotic bone deposits are uncommon findings.
