The sagittal MRI images of the cervical spine show scaphocephaly, hypoplastic Os odontoideum, and atlantoaxial subluxation with foramen magnum stenosis and myelopathy of the proximal part of the spinal cord.
The sagittal MRI images of the lumbar spine show platyspondyly with pear-shaped vertebral bodies, as there is an anterior bulbous part and a hump at the posterior two-thirds of the vertebral bodies.
The disc spaces are narrow and look like fluctuating arrows.
