Primary Findings:
A well-defined retroperitoneal mass is identified, located anterior to the aortic bifurcation.
The dimensions of this mass are approximately 21 x 21 x 29 mm.
Signal Characteristics:
The mass exhibits a heightened T2 signal and low-to-moderate T1 signal.
Restricted diffusion is demonstrated on DWI.
A heterogeneous enhancement pattern is observed.
No fluid noted within the lesion suggesting absence of necrosis.
Relationship to Adjacent Structures:
The mass closely adjoins the medial walls of both common iliac artery origins.
It is in proximity to the anterior wall of the left common iliac vein.
There is no evidence to suggest vascular invasion.
Additional Findings:
-
No other suspicious pathology noted within the abdomen or pelvis.
