A large heterogenous lesion is seen occupying the right aspect of the pelvis and extending cranially to the right iliac fossa reaching the level of the umbilicus. It displaces the uterus to the contralateral side and displaces the right ovary cranially toward the midline. It also abuts the sigmoid colon with preserved intervening fat planes.
The mass shows a diffuse heterogeneous signal on T2 with multiple bright areas mainly seen along its periphery. It shows a diffuse isointense signal on T1 and heterogenous moderate postcontrast enhancement. No associated restricted diffusion.
There is possible attachment of the mass to the right aspect of the uterus appreciated on T2 and postcontrast T1.
A small interstitial myoma is seen. Both ovaries are normal.
There is an ectopic left kidney with a para-pelvic cyst.
