A fat density mass lesion inside the left parotid gland involving the superficial and deep lobes of the gland is most in keeping of a parotid lipoma. It is a rare benign non-epithelial salivary gland neoplasm with characteristic fat density in all imaging modalities. It's an example of how parotid lesions can reach parapharyngeal space.
