Regarding to the patient history, Walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN) is most likely diagnosis which is a late complication of acute pancreatitis. Differentiation of WOPN from pancreatic pseudocyst is essential because management differs and WOPN may need aggressive treatment to avoid complications.
