Well-defined ovoid splenic mass of subcapsular location measuring 38 X 36 X 30 mm. It elicits a slight low signal to normal splenic parenchyma on T1, slight heterogeneous high signal on T2 with early progressive nodular centripetal enhancement on arterial phase, progressive centripetal fill-in on portal venous phase and almost complete fill-in on delayed phase.
