Findings are characteristic of advanced skeletal involvement in rheumatoid arthritis. The patient is known with a long history of rheumatoid arthritis. The concentric joint space narrowing is a hallmark of rheumatoid arthritis, whereas eccentric narrowing is due to degenerative arthritis.
