There is a definable, soft tissue density lesion of 1.9 x 3.6 x 2.9 cm (AP x TRANS x CC) in the mesentery of the small intestines (opposite to L3/4 level) with internal coarse calcifications, speculated margins, and surrounding stranding which is most likely suggestive of carcinoid tumour.
Innumerable, definable, variable-sized, hyperdense lesions are seen in both liver lobes. These lesions show early enhancement in the early phase and washout in the delayed phase (NB: diffuse hepatic steatosis affects the relative lesions density), most likely representing secondary deposits.
The rest of the imaged organs are within normal limits.
