The differential for this anterior mediastinal mass is lymphoma, germ cell tumor and thymoma. Given its homogeneous appearance, and that it is relatively small and lobulated a thymoma is most likely. 

The patient proceeded to resection of the mass, with histology demonstrating a thymic carcinoma that was completely excised.

There are no local aggressive features or metastatic disease on this CT to suggest the final diagnosis.
