The sharp eyes when busy on call will be concerned on the routine brain windows of the right-sided thin subdural hematoma.  It is just visible separate from the skull.

However, a couple of seconds to manually window the study to subdural settings makes it much clearer.

This is worth that effort on all CT heads, even when overwhelmed with volumes of work.
